🔥 POWER – Our most popular, high-energy class! Power is a fast-paced Vinyasa flow with creative sequencing, core work, and a bumpin’ playlist. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and find your flow state. (Hot - 95-100°F)
🧠 HATHA FUSION – A structured practice blending 26&2 postures with creative Power elements. With an emphasis on breath, endurance, and static holds, this class is wrist-friendly and great for building resilience. (Hot - 95-100°F)
🏋️ STRENGTH – A fitness-infused class combining yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for cross-training, injury prevention, and total-body conditioning, with both hot and warm class options. (Hot - 95-100°F | Warm - 80-90°F)
✨ NEW! MINDFUL FLOW – A slower-paced Vinyasa class designed for all levels. Move with intention, explore deeper yoga concepts, and modify as needed in a supportive, less-heated environment. (Heated - 90-95°F)
⚖️ VINYIN – A balanced blend of movement and stillness. Start with an energizing Vinyasa flow, then shift into long, meditative Yin stretches. The perfect mix of effort and ease. (Hot - 95-100°F)
